Ambulatory surgery patients are educated prior to their scheduled surgery to ensure that they fully understand the procedure, ensuring both patient and family have all their questions answered to their satisfaction.

The team of healthcare professionals includes dedicated nursing staff, certified operating room nurses, certified registered nurse anesthetists, certified operating room technicians, and board-certified specialists in anesthesiology, gastroenterology, general surgery, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and urology.

For patients requiring a more extended stay, the Medical-Surgical and Intensive Care Units provide award-winning professional nursing staff who closely monitor patients every step of the way, from admission to discharge. Some of the most common surgical procedures performed include minimally invasive procedures, appendectomy, gallbladder procedures, hernia, colon resection, other gastrointestinal procedures, venous ulcer care, and wound care including management of complex wounds.

Enhanced ancillary services, including pathology, histology, cytology, microbiology, and pre-surgical diagnostics, support positive outcomes.
